  1. 136/365: If you don't ask

    One of my favourite days so far.

    This really nice man let me into his workshop and didn't mind me getting in the way and taking loads of pictures of him.

    These were handheld, about 0.25 sec exposure. Any longer and I think he or I would have moved too much.

    I'm quite pleased with this one; I like the light on the wheelchair. Mostly I like it because I was walking around Birmingham at lunch time, not getting any photos I liked, and I just happened to look in through a broken window of an abandoned building and spot it.

    Although I'm sure I'm not, it's cool when it feels like I might be the only person who's noticed something.

  5. 132/365: Digbeth

    I stopped in Digbeth on my way home from work on Thursday and spotted about 10 future photo opportunities, including this.

    I'd originally planned on using another, better, photo for my 365 but I liked the light on this when I walked past, so this one it is. I can always go back and get my first choice again another day.
